HOUSE RULES

• Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests per local ordinance.
  
  
• No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house. A cleaning fee equivalent to the ongoing nightly rate will be charged for violations.
  
  
• No Pets: Unless otherwise agreed in writing (service dogs only).
  
  
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM to respect neighbors.
  
  
• Events & Parties: Not allowed without prior written approval.
  
  
• Trash & Recycling: Must be disposed of in designated bins when checking out.
  
  
• Parking: Park only in designated spaces. Do not block driveways or neighbor access.
  
  
• Respect for Property: Keep the home clean and tidy. Report any damages immediately.
